Dreadful air conditioning system that leaves rooms too warm, quite disappointing bathroom ventilation that can lead to musty smells!!! The noise from neighboring clubs can ruin your peaceful stay despite the central location!!!

This charming hotel boasts an excellent location, adjacent to Goya station and vibrant shops. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Each room has its own character. I particularly loved the spacious double room with a terrace! Just be ready for some noise from the street. Worth considering for a cozy weekend getaway.

The location was perfect for our family, just a quick 8-minute walk to the concert venue. We loved the bright and spacious room. The complimentary wine and tapas were delightful surprises for everyone, especially the kids!

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

We visited the beautiful Parque Retiro and enjoyed some nightlife. The staff was friendly, and we had great breakfasts with fresh pastries each morning. It’s in a nice area, close to the metro, making it easy to explore. Just bear in mind that the lobby is a bit small, but don’t let that fool you! You’ll have a comfy stay.

However, we faced issues with the air conditioning. It was quite warm during our nights, and opening the window let in smoke from nearby rooms. We raised our concerns at the front desk, but nothing was done about it, which was disappointing.

The location was excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. I loved the breakfast variety. it truly set me up for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive to needs. I had a great time! 😊

We were in a Double Room, and it was super comfy. The bar could use a little pep in their step, but the staff everywhere else were super nice. Loved the option for in-room breakfast. Just a heads up, the bathroom could get foggy quick. Overall, it was a solid stay!

Check-in felt a bit rigid. they weren't flexible even when rooms were ready. The overall experience did not reflect the steep price. But with such fab dining options around, you can still make the most of your stay!

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the beautiful Parque del Retiro, just about a 15-minute stroll away, and a short walk to the Prado National Museum, which made for an enriching weekend exploring Madrid's culture. the breakfast area was also excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to kickstart my day of city wandering. Since I'm a single traveler, I found the clean and comfortable single room a great fit for relaxing after an adventurous day, but the reception could definitely use some improvements in staff communication and friendliness.
